Alpha Investment Partners Ltd, Singaporean real estate arm of investment firm Keppel Capital, has completed $1.1 billion third Asia-focused fund.
The new fund, Alpha Asia Macro Trends Fund (AAMTF) III, has overreached its initial target of $1 billion and will have assets under management of about $2.4 billion.
The investments came from a mix of new and existing investors which include pension funds, endowments and insurance companies.
AAMTF III will invest in multi-asset classes across key cities in the Asia-Pacific region, including Singapore, Shanghai, Beijing, Tokyo, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Seoul.
