印度零售公司Reliance Brands是Reliance Industries的子公司，已同意以6800万英镑（8860万美元）现金收购英国玩具公司Hamleys Global Holdings Ltd.。

Reliance Brands指出，该公司将从香港的C Banner International购买Hamleys的100％股权。

该公司补充说，该交易将使其成为全球玩具零售业的主导者。

每年，Reliance Industries的收入约为762亿美元。
