日本人寿保险公司日本人寿保险公司（Nippon Life Insurance Co.）计划以约2100万美元的价格收购缅甸竞争对手Grand Guardian Life Insurance Co.（GGLI）的股份。
日本人寿将从Grand Guardian Insurance Holding Public Co.购买GGLI 35％的股份，该公司将持有该公司剩余65％的股份。
该交易预计将于今年10月完成，但须经相关监管部门批准。
交易完成后，Grand Guardian Life Insurance将更名为Grand Guardian Nippon Life Insurance。
