Raven Property Group, a Russian property investment company, announced that one of its subsidiaries has entered into two agreements to acquire an extension to the Sever logistics park in Moscow for $36.2 million.
The agreements provide for the subsidiary of the company to acquire a warehouse building, adjacent to the existing site, from two Russian-incorporated companies.
The total consideration for the acquisition includes 2.5 billion Russian rubles ($37.1 million), to be satisfied in cash plus an additional $2.4 million deferred for between six to eight months.
On November 28, 2017, Raven Property acquired Sever 2 - Grade A logistics park of 195,132 square metres in Moscow.
