UAE-based Aldar Properties, a real estate development, management and investment company, has launched its 2 billion dirhams ($544.5 million) freehold development, Alreeman, situated in Al Shamkha, Abu Dhabi.
Alreeman, which is spread over an area of 2.8 million square meters, offers residential and commercial land plots available for purchase by all nationalities.
Aldar Properties said that the land plots will have residential villas and apartments, complemented by retail space, food and beverages, mosques, sports, education and commercial facilities.
Construction will begin later this year with infrastructure enabled land targeted for handover to customers in 2021.
