UAE-based health care to biotechnology company Aster DM Healthcare will infuse over 650 crore rupees ($91.2 million) to boost its hospital bed capacity in the next two years.

The expansion plans will include a 250 bedded hospital in Kannur, Kerala next month and another 230 bedded hospital in Bangalore by April.

Aster said that it will build a 500-bedded tertiary care hospital in Chennai, which will be commissioned within the next two and a half years as well as four more new hospitals in Dubai.

From 2017 to 2018, Aster DM Healthcare booked $943.2 million in revenue.
