New York-based alternative asset manager BlueMountain Capital Management LLC has acquired a new stake in UK-based bottling company Coca-Cola European Partners PLC.
BlueMountain acquired 319,050 shares of Coca-Cola European’s stock, valued at about $14.5 million.
A couple of other institutional backers have also acquired and sold shares of the stock. King Luther Capital Management Corp bought a new stake in Coca-Cola European for about $214,000.
BlueMountain Capital Management generates revenue of $16.9 million annually.
