U.S. entertainment company Warner Bros. is nearing to acquire the film library of motion picture production and financing company RatPac-Dune.

Warner Bros. said that the library will be acquired from U.S. asset management firm Vine Alternative Investments, in a deal estimated to be worth $300 million.

The library also includes minority stakes in films such as Dunkirk, Gravity, Wonder Woman, Creed, American Sniper, Mad Max, Fury Road, The LEGO Movie, Paddington 2.

Warner Bros. and RatPac secured a co-financing deal of $450 million in 2013, which has been responsible for underwriting much of the studio’s film slate.
