U.S. 757 North Chestnut acquires apartment community for $15.5 mln

U.S.-based property developer PMC Property Group's affiliate has acquired an apartment community in Winston-Salem with about $15.5 million investment.

The seller of the property was an affiliate of U.S. housing development company Laurel Street Residential LLC.

757 North Chestnut Street Associates LLC, part of PMC, spent about $500,000 more for the four-story property.

With the acquisition, PMC Property has expanded its footholds in downtown Winston-Salem.
