The Property consists of the Viilla on Three Floors of 9,000 square meters. Palladiana UNESCO World Heritage Site with 60 Rooms, 80,000 Garden with 2 Country Houses. The villa introduced by the beautiful eighteenth-century gate, from which a long monumental staircase of 100 steps that crosses the sloping garden arranged in terraces, leads to the building.
The dominicale body is rectangular on three levels (ground floor, noble floor and attic); flanked on either side by two long barns open by a Doric portico, with elliptical oculi on the frieze of the entablature.
On the main front stands an imposing, hexastyle Ionic pronaos, elevated on a base as high as the ground floor and crowned by a tympanum decorated with statues, which bears a noble crest in the center. It is accessed via a double ramp staircase that leads into the central intercolumn, while the side ones are protected by balustrades. On the pronaos' vaults, opened by arches, the molding cornice continues, crowning the building around the entire perimeter, and which is interrupted only by the entablature above the columns of the front.
The lateral sectors of the façade are marked by three axes of windows each, two paired near the loggia and the third distanced at the ends, between which a large portion of solid walls winds.
The austere rear elevation is laid out with an ordered series of axes of simple rectangular openings arranged symmetrically.
The plan of the noble floor hinges on a long passing hall, at the sides of which two symmetrical apartments of three rooms develop.
Near the enclosure of the villa stands the late-Gothic church dedicated to St. Gerolamo, which bears the date 1496.
More than the architectural grandeur - the front facing south, long and light with two wings, porticos or barchesse, open and stretched out - is the scenario that can be enjoyed from the villa to take by surprise
The terraces in front of the villa are dotted with numerous varieties of roses: their fragrance perfumes the garden and their bright colors embellish the flower beds and the large access stairway.
The numerous species have been selected from the nearby nursery "Il Roseto", which has planted ancient and rare varieties with the most diverse colors: from pure white to dark red, from pale pink to bright orange.
Among the villa's appurtenances there is a large English park, developed along the gentle hill slopes. Distinguished by sublime karst ravines, an imposing avenue of lime trees and monumental old trees, the park arouses astonishment at every step of the visitor.
