The well-kept traditional hotel was rebuilt and expanded in 1965 and has been family-owned for almost 100 years. Renovation and modernization measures have been carried out continuously, eliminating the need for investment and keeping operations running smoothly. The last renovations took place last year, in the beginning of this year most rooms were equipped with new box spring beds. The hotel has 2 single rooms, 6 double rooms, 2 of which have a balcony, 3 suites, one junior suite and one apartment with a balcony with a breathtaking view over the rooftops of St. Goar and the Rheinfels Castle. Overall, the hotel can accommodate up to 30 people. The fully equipped Gastro kitchen with generous restaurant space on the ground floor and large dining room on the 1st floor offer enough space for a catering of up to 110 guests.
Family-run since 1920. This family-run hotel enjoys a quiet and central location in St. Goar, near the legendary Loreley Rock and the valley of the Lorely - Unesco World Heritage. It is a classified hotel for hikers and cyclists and is an ideal base for exploring the UNESCO-protected Middle Rhine Valley. The nearby Loreley Rock is easily accessible by ferry. The Rhine Valley with its castles, vineyards, ships, museums and towns is certainly unique. In St. Goar itself you will find all things of daily needs, for larger purchases, there is a large selection of supermarkets in Oberwesel (9 km away). The proximity to the airports Frankfurt-Hahn, Frankfurt am Main and Cologne-Bonn and a well-developed road network ensure easy accessibility from all parts of Germany and Europe.
