Australian enterprise software company Atlassian is spending $165 million to acquire U.S. peer AgileCraft.
The deal is part of Atlassian’s extension from selling software development tools to more general workplace software.
Atlassian said that the transaction is expected to be completed in April.
In 2017, Atlassian purchased New York-based project management startup Trello for $425 million.
