Australian real estate developer Deal Corporation (DealCorp) has secured the go-ahead for a new development to further activate a 2,700 square meter site opposite the station's forecourt.
The development, designed by Australian architecture company Plus Architecture, is set to be called The Residences at Glenarm Square and will deliver around 120 apartments, with a mix of one, two and three-bedroom offerings as part of the $100 million project.
The development will feature 1000 square meter of retail and commercial space over two levels with a range of services for retail.
DealCorp also said that the project will deliver a much-needed affordable apartment product to a location where the median house price is currently over $2 million. To date, DealCorp has completed 16 projects pocketing a total gross revenue of $550 million.
