Australian healthcare services provider Ramsay Health Care has unveiled a 625 million euros ($707.2 million) renounceable rights issue.

Ramsay Health intends to use the funds to finance its acquisition of Swedish healthcare service company Capio AB.

The company’s French unit, Ramsay Generale de Sante, shareholders will be entitled to participate in the rights issue on a 1 Ramsay Generale new share for every 2 ordinary shares held basis.

Last year, Ramsay Health made an $891.6 million offer for Capio AB which was accepted.
