Australia-based property development company Clearstate has scored $50 million through its capital raise.
Clearstate said that the capital funds will help it launch a new era of expansion.
The funds will also allow Clearstate to deliver over 1,700 additional homes to the Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane markets.
The commitment was availed by an affiliated entity of Avenue Capital Group, a U.S. investment firm.
