Australian real estate investment firm Arrow Capital Partners has picked up Airport House, a prime urban logistics asset in Warsaw, Poland.

The fully let 8,610 square meters property is situated next to Warsaw Chopin Airport and motorways and is connecting to major cities such as Lodz, Wroclaw, and Poznan.

Arrow Capital purchased the property, with key tenants including Polski Bank Komórek Macierzystych, Castorama, and Kingfisher, for its $3 billion European Strategic Industrial Real Estate (SIRE) platform.

Additionally, Arrow Capital acquired the asset from M7 Real Estate, on behalf of its work-out investment fund, PVBRI, which the company created with a Polish bank.
