Sydney-based financial services company Aviator Capital has completed the acquisition of an A-grade office building in Brisbane’s inner city for $36.95 million.

The purchased asset, 19 Corporate Drive in Cannon Hill, is a two-level commercial building consisting of 6,028 square meter of A-grade office accommodation.

Aviator Capital acquired the property from Australian property fund manager Centuria Property Funds.

In December 2012, Centuria Property Funds purchased the property for $23.30 million.
