Baxter Canada, medical equipment subsidiary of U.S.-based healthcare company Baxter International, has injected $26 million in its facility expansion project in Alliston.
Baxter Canada revealed that the investment will secure more than 450 jobs at the new plant.
With this investment, Baxter Canada will upgrade the plant’s operations, bring in new technology and also expand the overall size of the facility.
Baxter Canada said that it expects to ensure an integral part of its operations worldwide as well as supporting and ensuring the needs of its patients and service providers in North America.
