Cofinimmo Group, a Belgian real estate investment company, has acquired the healthcare complex in Bergen op Zoom, Netherlands.
The asset, dubbed Residentie Moermont, offers more than 220 care units, spread over an above-ground surface area of more than 16,000 square meters.
Through its subsidiary, Superstone 2 NV, Cofinimmo acquired the healthcare building from an unidentified seller for a total purchase price of 46 million euros ($52 million).
Additionally, the building, which dates from 2010 and has an A-level energy label, is let to the foundation TanteLouise.
