Brazilian online tax filing and accounting platform Contabilizei has closed $20 million in fresh financing.
The round was conducted by U.S. Point72 Ventures, an investment arm of hedge fund Point72 Asset Management.
Further, the round had participation from backers including International Financial Corp., an investment arm of The World Bank, Quona Capital, Quadrant and the Fintech Collective.
With the net output, Contabilizei will seek for a potential public offering in U.S. or domestic markets.
