Omiexperience SA, a Brazillian enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management software as a service (SaaS) developer, has secured $20 million in Series B funding.
U.S. private equity firm Riverwood Capital, which will join Omie’s board, made the investment.
With the net funds, Omiexperience will accelerate growth for its SaaS platform and advance innovations in its financial services offering.
Additionally, the company plans to strengthen its direct sales and its franchise model, through which it expects to have a local presence in all Brazilian metropolitan centers.
