U.S Rokk3r to invest $15 million in Cambodia’s ExO Foundation

U.S. innovation technology and consulting company Rokk3r Inc., a unit of company launch platform Rokk3r Labs LLC, plans to inject $15 million in ExO Foundation, a Cambodian secular and not-for-profit company.

The investment will advance the growth and impact of Rokk3r, CIVX, a native digital asset of the CivX Economy, and the ExO Foundation family of companies.

The investment is via a SAFE-T redeemable for CIVX tokens.

The combination of the efforts of Rokk3r and the ExO Foundation using CIVX will provide a path to growth and additional value-add for all of the organizations, institutions, cities, and people that Rokk3r and the ExO Foundation work with.
