Royal Field Development Co. Ltd, a subsidiary of Cambodian construction to engineering company Chip Mong Group, intends to develop the Chip Mong International mixed-use development project.
The building, which will open its doors to the public in 2022, will include a Fairfield Inn by Marriott to occupy the top 15 floors of the building.
Royal Field Development will inject around $150 million in the project.
The building will be situated on Russian Boulevard, covering 101,552 square metres, with nine floors of office space, five of retail shopping and three of cinemas.
