Canada’s Celestica acquires U.S. Impakt Holdings for $329 million

Canadian electronics manufacturer Celestica Inc. has acquired U.S. equipment and systems contract manufacturer Impakt Holdings, LLC.

U.S. private equity and venture capital firm Graycliff Partners LP sold Impakt Holdings for a total purchase price of approximately $329 million.

Graycliff Partners said that it expects Impakt to be a great fit with Celestica.

Impakt Holdings has $18 million in revenue annually while Celestica Inc has $5.2 billion.
