Canadian home appliances manufacturer Europro LP has completed the purchase of Tecumseh mall from real estate firm Kingsett Capital for a $37 million.
Europro said that the transaction strengthens its retail presence on Windsors' east side and complements the company’s existing real estate portfolio in the city.
The company also said that complimenting this redevelopment will be the addition of local and nationally branded tenants, such as a new 40,000 square-foot Marshalls or HomeSense store, which is slated to open spring of 2019.
Europro’s vision for the property includes a complete exterior retrofit, starting in 2019 and a $13 million renovation is ongoing on the mall.
