Canada’s Peterson acquires Saputo’s milk plant for $218 million

Canadian real estate developer Peterson Group has acquired a milk plant on Lougheed Highway, British Columbia, for $218 million.

Peterson bought the 20-acre industrial parcel from Canadian dairy company Saputo Inc.

The dairy facility was acquired under a potential renovation plan.

The transaction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2019.
