Vena Solutions plans to use the funds to advance its development and scale its operations.
U.S. growth equity firm JMI Equity led the round with participation from existing backer Centana Growth Partners.
Vena Solutions, which generates $23 million in revenue annually, has secured a total of $33 million in over 3 funding rounds.
