Canadian cloud-based custom machine design platform Vention has concluded with 17 million Canada dollar ($12.8 million) in Series A financing.
The round was spearheaded by Bain Capital Ventures.
With the net funds, Vention will boost the development of its Machine Builder third generation software as well as extending its modular hardware library.
On January 16, 2018, the company raised $2.6 million in funding.
