Prism Multifamily Group, a Canadian real estate advisory firm, has closed on the purchase of 72 West, an apartments community outside Fort Lauderdale, Florida, for $47 million.
Constructed in 1987, the nine-building property is located at 8650 NW 61st St. in the Broward County city of Tamarac.
More so, 72 West offers one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 756 to 899 square feet, with amenities including a fitness center, business center, a tennis court and two clubhouses with swimming pools.
Prism Multifamily acquired the 291-unit property, that is currently 95.5 percent occupied, from New York-based property investment firm Embassy Group.
