Canadian real estate asset management firm Starlight U.S. Multi-Family has bought Broadstone Montane, a 400-unit, garden-style apartment community in Parker, Colorado, U.S.
Starlight U.S. said that with the purchase of Broadstone Montane, the company has bought about $270 million of Class A multifamily real estate in the last 60 days and expect to advance its purchase program in 2019.
The Colorado property consists of 23 three-story apartment buildings with floor plans ranging from studios to three-bedroom townhomes.
Broadstone Montane has amenities including a lazy river and cabanas, a resort-style pool, spa, a 1.5-mile, on-site mountain bike and hiking trail among others.
