Fiix, a Canadian cloud-based maintenance and asset management software provider, has completed a $40 million Series C round.
The round was led by Georgian Partners with participation from follow-on backer software holding company BuildGroup.
Fiix intends to use a portion of its new capital to capture the $6 billion market of customers stuck with legacy systems and also further infuse in artificial intelligence and internet of things among others.
In May last year, the company raised $12 million in a Series B round led by BuildGroup.
