Regcheq, a software as a service (SaaS) startup based in Chile, has secured a funding round of $2 million led by Taram Capital, with participation from Grupo Sable and Consorcio. The funds will support Regcheq's expansion into the Brazilian market and facilitate its recent entry into Mexico. As part of its growth strategy, the company has acquired UBcubo, a Mexican compliance firm.

Regcheq specializes in compliance processes and non-financial risk mitigation, offering an innovative SaaS platform that enables clients to conduct transaction monitoring and perform online profile evaluations.
