Chinese light food restaurant chain brand Gaga Cafe announced that it has received 180 million Chinese yuan ($26 million) investment in Series A round.

The round was led by financial services company Legend Capital.

Proceeds of this round will be used to expand Gaga Cafe’s operation in China, especially in the first-tier cities, supply chain integration and improve its information technology system, including mobile payment.

In April, HeyTea, a Chinese tea shop, completed a $63.3 million Series B funding round led by DragonBall Capital, a venture capital firm under Meituan-Dianping, a buying and delivery website.
