Chinese solar module manufacturer JinkoSolar has inaugurated its new solar panel manufacturing facility in Jacksonville, Florida, U.S.
JinkoSolar noted that the company has invested about $50 million in its new line.
The line will manufacture 400 megawatts of high powered 60-cell and 72-cell monocrystalline modules annually once operational.
The new facility will employ more than 200 workers and be a key to solidifying that strong market position.
