China-based payment services provider YeePay, backed by U.S. buyout firm TA Associates, has planned a Hong Kong initial public offering that could raise about $200 million.

YeePay is working with advisers on the possible stock offering and aims to list shares next year.

YeePay has drawn investments from several prominent overseas firms since its founding.

TA Associates and Chinese financial services company Far East Horizon bought a stake in the company in 2015. U.S.-based venture capital firm Draper Fisher Jurvetson and Intel Capital China participated in the company’s 2006 funding round.
