China Gingko Education Group Co. Ltd., the Junior colleges company, has listed its shares on the main board of the stock exchange of Hong Kong (HK).
China Gingko Education raised 180 million Hong Kong dollar ($22.9 million) in the stock market listing.
U.S.-based law firm Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised the sole sponsor and sole global coordinator, China Securities Corporate Finance Co. Ltd, as well as the other underwriters on the listing.
China Gingko Education noted it books about $25.7 million in revenue annually.
