Beijing-based education services provider Gaosi Education Group has collected $140 million Series D funding round.
Gaosi Education raised the financing from New York-based private equity firm Warburg Pincus.
The latest funding round brings Gaosi’s total funding amount raised to date to $286.4 million.
The company is planning to spend the new capital on product research and development.
