Beijing-based Kr Space, a co-working space company, has raised 1 billion yuan ($145 million) in a fresh round of financing.

Led by existing investor, IDG Capital, the funding round also had the participation of new investors, Gopher Asset Management and Yixing Capital.

Kr Space said that it will use the net proceeds from the financing to pursue its new business strategy to achieve its goal of becoming a full life-cycle enterprise office service provider.

As part of its new business strategy, the company also said that it will deliver integrated office service and asset management service.
