Chinese property management services provider Ever Sunshine Lifestyle Services Group Ltd has completed its initial public offering (IPO) in Hong Kong.

Ever Sunshine Lifestyle raised 620 million Hong Kong dollar ($79 million) in the listing.

U.S.-based law firm Sidley Austin LLP advised Ever Sunshine Lifestyle Services on the offering.

In 2017, Ever Sunshine Lifestyle Services Group generated $106 million in revenue.
