Chinese online English tutoring platform DaDa has raised $255 million in a Series D funding round.
The round was led by New York-based private equity firm Warburg Pincus.
The Series D also included participation from existing backers TAL Education Company and Yonghua Capital.
DaDa, which generates $3.5 million in revenue annually, has bagged a total of $863.9 million in over 7 funding rounds.
