Beijing-based Plum, an e-commerce platform, has collected $20 million in its Series B extended funding round.

The startup received the latest funds from Japanese internet company Recruit and previous backers including Matrix Partners China, Qiming Ventures, as well as Unity Ventures.

Plum intends to use the money raised from the financing to further build its brand and upgrade its services to boost the platform.

With the new investment, the startup has so far secured a total funding of about $58.4 million in more than six rounds.
