Chinese e-commerce to technology company Alibaba is expecting to invest about 6.89 billion yuan ($1 billion) in new headquarters (HQ) in Beijing.
The new will spend five years to be complete and have the size of 65 football pitches.
The building will occupy a piece of land measuring about 470,000 square meters in the Chaoyang Yuan innovation hub in Beijing.
The construction of the headquarters will start in November this year.
