Cold Solutions Kenya, a logistics firm, has unveiled a new cold storage facility in Tatu City, Kenya, as part of its 10.5 billion Kenyan shillings ($70 million) investment plan announced three years ago. This 15,000 square meters grade A cold storage complex, situated on six acres, is one of the largest in Kenya. It will serve various products, including fresh fruits and vegetables, pharmaceuticals, vaccines, meat, poultry, and frozen foods. The facility, with its high-quality specifications, will help reduce post-harvest losses in agriculture and strengthen supply chains in the hospitality, retail, and pharmaceutical sectors.

Cold Solutions Kenya, a portfolio company of ARCH Cold Chain Solutions East Africa Fund, is committed to expanding with another storage facility planned for Mombasa, aligning with its investment strategy.
