Consero London, a real estate developer and project manager, has bought the substantial 3.5-acre Birchville Court lodge-house and grounds in Bushey, on the border of London.

The company plans to refurbish the property into Heathbourne Village, a 50 million pounds ($64.8 million) premium residential scheme providing 41 residences set in landscaped grounds.

The Birchville Court site, situated off Heathbourne Road, has planning consent for 41 residences including 22 private sale apartments and penthouses, five private sale detached houses and 14 high quality shared ownership and social rented homes.

Heathbourne Village has been designed to offer traditional English country architecture based on the local vernacular, with features including contrasting brick and render elevations, feature brick detailing, pitched roofs and bay windows.
