Ctrl Alt Secures €2.5M to Expand B2B Alternative Asset Solutions

Ctrl Alt, a B2B solutions provider for alternative assets based in London and Dundalk, has raised €2.5 million in funding. The investment, led by Forward Partners and Middlegame Ventures, includes participation from Enterprise Ireland, Algorand Ventures, 365.fintech, Syndicate Room, and individual investors like Marc Cohen, Omid Ashtari, and Alex Macdonald. These funds will be used to scale the company's technology, operations, and compliance teams in Ireland. Founded by Matt Ong in 2020, Ctrl Alt offers API and White Label capabilities, enabling investment platforms to access and offer alternative assets such as property and green energy, streamlining the capital raising process for asset owners.
