Czech Republic (Czechia)-based Ceskomoravska Nemovitostni (CMN), a real estate holding company, has completed the purchase of two office buildings in Prague.

Constructed in 2014, the office buildings, CITY WEST C1 and C2, are located in the Prague district of Stodulky, near the eponymous metro station.

More so, the C1 building has served as the headquarters of Vodafone Czech Republic since 2015, whereas the tenants of C2 include CGI IT Czech Republic, Aevi CZ, as well as CEMEX Czech Republic.

CMN bought the assets, which have over 25,000 square meters of leasable space, from Luxembourg-based CFH for nearly 74.5 million euros ($84 million).
