The company's investment activities will be focused on Egypt, and its shares will be listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange and international exchanges. Additionally, an associated investment fund will be established to allow participation from small investors, overseen by Egyptians residing abroad. The Ministry of Emigration will play a supportive role in facilitating the company's establishment.

The company's paid-up capital is expected to reach around $100 million, with an authorized capital of $1 billion, marking a significant commitment to harness the potential of Egyptian expatriates.
