Five Arrows Principal Investments, the private equity (PE) arm of Paris-based Rothschild & Co’s Merchant Banking, has concluded its third European PE fund at a hard capitalization of 1.25 billion euros ($1.4 billion).

The investments came from a diversified group of institutions, corporations, international family offices and entrepreneurs from Europe, North America and Asia.

The new fund, Five Arrows Principal Investments III (FAPI III), will focus on its investment strategy on lower middle-market companies across Europe valued between $84.6 million to $338.3 million.

Moreso, FAPI III intends to focus on sectors such as healthcare and education, data and software and technology-enabled business services.
