French real estate investment firm Arc Eiffel Investissement has closed on the acquisition of Parc d’Osny for 19 million euros ($21.2 million).
Parc d’Osny, a light industrial property, is situated at 9, chaussée Jules César, ZAC des Beaux Soleils, 95520 Osny.
Arc Eiffel Investissement bought the property from Singapore-based Cromwell European Real Estate Investment Trust.
The transaction is expected to provide Cromwell’s unitholders with regular and stable distributions and to achieve long-term growth in distribution per unit and net asset value per unit.
