Paris-based insurance company Groupama Group completed the acquisition of two new-generation logistics buildings, located in Troyes-Moussey and Cholet, France.

Groupama bought the warehouses from Catella Logistic Europe for a total purchase price of 33.3 million euros ($37 million). The assets are leased for 9 years to logistics solutions provider LOGTEX.

The building in Troyes, with a surface of 19,932 square meters (m²) and equipped with 17,205m² of removable metal mezzanines, will run logistics operations for several customers such as Absorba, Balibaris, and Le Slip Francais.

Additionally, the building in Cholet, consisting of 18,768m² and equipped with 19,58 m² of removable metal mezzanines, will serve the global logistics of the IKKS group.
